Wet N Wild FOTD

I've been hearing good things about the Wet N Wild Color Icon palettes so I decided to try it out, and at only $4.99 you can't lose.

I must say that I am impressed by these palettes, unlike the previous WNW palette that I purchased! The colors are highly pigmented and blend easily. Yes, the packaging is flimsy and there is no mirror, but for 5 bucks I have no real complaints.

Here is a look I created using the Vanity palette. I usually do not do a white highlight color (I almost always use concealer as my highlight color), but I wanted to use every color in the palette. I know its a little sloppy, but it was done in a rush so I could show you guys right away!!

FACE:
MAC Mineralize SatinFinish Foundation
Milani Pressed Powder
Wet N Wild bronzer in Bali Bronze - used as a blush
MAC Shimpagne to highlight

EYES:
ELF primer
MAC Indianwood Paint Pot
WNW Vanity Eyeshadow palette
no mascara

LIPS:
MAC Currant l/l

Excuse the dry lips in the last pic
Also the last pic was taken before the face was done...always do eyes first when using colors with alot of fallout. That way you can clean up your face without interrupting the makeup.

  4. That looks like a really great palette and the looks is great. I've been trying to find some palette recommendations for friends and I think this may get bumped on the list. I have the ELF Book of Shadows at Target for $5, but my only complaint is there are no matte shadows :-(.
