I meant to post this pic a few weeks back. Here is New Vibe blush from MAC's In the Groove Collection. This mineralized blush is half "deep rose" and half "pearly bronze."

Wet N Wild FOTD
I've been hearing good things about the Wet N Wild Color Icon palettes so I decided to try it out, and at only $4.99 you can't lose.
I must say that I am impressed by these palettes, unlike the previous WNW palette that I purchased! The colors are highly pigmented and blend easily. Yes, the packaging is flimsy and there is no mirror, but for 5 bucks I have no real complaints.
Here is a look I created using the Vanity palette. I usually do not do a white highlight color (I almost always use concealer as my highlight color), but I wanted to use every color in the palette. I know its a little sloppy, but it was done in a rush so I could show you guys right away!!

MAC Mineralize SatinFinish Foundation
Milani Pressed Powder
Wet N Wild bronzer in Bali Bronze - used as a blush
MAC Shimpagne to highlight
EYES:
ELF primer
MAC Indianwood Paint Pot
WNW Vanity Eyeshadow palette
no mascara
LIPS:
MAC Currant l/l
Milani Buzz Off l/g in 06 Bee Gone
Excuse the dry lips in the last pic
Also the last pic was taken before the face was done...always do eyes first when using colors with alot of fallout. That way you can clean up your face without interrupting the makeup.

Heat Wave and Finals
Hi guys,
I've been busy wrapping up my summer session and taking finals this week. And since the weather have been 95+ degrees, I haven't been wearing much makeup.
I will be back next week with a few posts and a GIVEAWAY!
Stay cool!

MAC's In the Groove - Stereo Rose MSF
I picked up several items from In the Groove and am pleased with all of my purchases :-) Everybody and their mama has swatched these products, so I wont do that again, lol. One of the items I picked up was the Stereo Rose MSF, which is a gorgeous coral with a slight shimmer.
It looks gorgeous in the pan and when I applied...it was..pretty. Not make-you-want-to-jump-up-and-down gorgeous - but pretty. At the risk of being shot, I'm gonna say...it may be a little overrated.
When used as a blush on my skin it gives a sheer coral shimmer which is nice for the summer months. Overall I am happy with this MSF bc it's a nice addition to my makeup collection.
Take a look at the MSF applied to my cheeks...it looks a bit more pigmented in real life than in the pics

Bough Grey
Hey Ladies,
It's been SO hot over the past few weeks that my makeup has been minimal. Since the weather is steamy, I decided to do a smokey gray daytime look using just a few products and keeping the face makeup to a minimum.

FACE:
Light Over Dark blush
EYES:
ELF Primer
NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Slate
MAC Bough Grey on lid
MAC Lemon Chiffon - inner corner & highlight
Wet N Wild Vanity Palette (review coming soon) - left, middle brown color to blend; right top shimmery color over Lemon Chiffon
Maybelline Lash Stiletto
LIPS:
Rimmel l/g in Seduce
MAC Resort Life lipgelee
I haven't used Bough Grey for quite a while...can't believe I almost forgot about it! I hope you picked up this color.

MAC Light Over Dark Blush
Hi Makeup Lovers,
When this blush was released with the Pret-a-Papier collection, I passed. I thought it would look like a muddy glitter ball. Recently I spotted this blush at a CCO and thought I would give it a go. OMG! I. Love. This. Blush. It gives me a peachy - brown, sparkly glow (I hate trying to describe colors lol).
Since purchasing this blush, I've used it just about everyday that I've worn makeup. I absolutely love the glow it gives and the sparkle is not too overpowering.
Does anyone else own this blush? Don't you love it???
